Had my surgery today. Tonsillectomy (see link), they call it.
I was pretty impresssed at the effectiveness of the general anaesthetic. Instant knock out in probably less than 20 seconds. The moment I wake up. I was in the recovery ward. Abit of burning sensation in the throat, but it was less painful than what I expect.
I was told to rest 3 hours before discharge. Think the time is just nice too. I was rather giddy from the side effect of the general anaesthetic, just managed to eat abit just now at 10pm. (I was starving from 10pm last night)
Mum bought alot of fish and ice cream. Wooo! Thanks mum!
14 Days Hospitalization - This is only day one. Glad, I got SF4 to accompany me throughout.
