Time really flies. 2009 has come to an End. What I can say is, this is a year of bad health. Mc-ing 10 days, Surgery 2 times. Dropped to 59 kg, what can I say?

Of cos, reviewing my resolutions, I think I only managed to accomplish one. You can't really do too many things at one time.

Haven't been updating. Even my movie review i also nv update. Jialats lah.
And another jialat thing is, Kakees.com was sort of like "hacked"... Ahhh...

But anyways, after the tonsil thing.. I dun really have sore throat on that particular area.. but in fact, it became at the middle. But now I have been taking care of it. Eat more liang, drink more water, Exercise whenever I am not sick. (Half of the time, I am)

Day #1

Had my surgery today. Tonsillectomy (see link), they call it.
I was pretty impresssed at the effectiveness of the general anaesthetic. Instant knock out in probably less than 20 seconds. The moment I wake up. I was in the recovery ward. Abit of burning sensation in the throat, but it was less painful than what I expect.

I was told to rest 3 hours before discharge. Think the time is just nice too. I was rather giddy from the side effect of the general anaesthetic, just managed to eat abit just now at 10pm. (I was starving from 10pm last night)

Mum bought alot of fish and ice cream. Wooo! Thanks mum!

14 Days Hospitalization - This is only day one. Glad, I got SF4 to accompany me throughout.

Ah`Monk's Review

I love this show. It really shows out the true self of a player. Why are they behaving this way. Reason being, the fear of being hurt. And the reason for that as well. It always start with the past where the guy was hurt before, and somehow a "mentor" influence this "victim" also.
There is alot of things to learn from this show or did show some enlightenment to me.
2 things:
#1 Whoever cares less, wins.
#2 If if doesn't work, refer to #1.

but of course, if you have learnt to let go and move on. You will be contented and happy.

Don't misunderstand, I'm a Monk. Hehe..
Jennifer Garner looks attractive in this show.

A very hilarious animation! I am always a fan of animation and never fail to catch it in Cinema always (i try lah).. I like the character BOB. Very funny and cock! Especially the part about he picking up the jelly.

This sequel of terminator emphasized the same thing. Something new compared to the previous few, as The terminator was sent from the past to kill John Connor during the present.Marcus seems to be the leading actor in this show, claiming most of the interesting scenes. I like the part where fake Arnold (now a governor) comes out. lol!

Steelhead wins the respect of his friends by establishing a base for them and forms an uneasy alliance with Eguchi. When he helps Eguchi dispose of a rival, he is given the control of Shinjukus night establishments. But, uninterested in living a gangsters life, Steelhead finds a new love and takes the chance to start a tractor repair business outside Tokyo. However, his peace is shortlived when word gets to him that his former compatriots were now being used by Eguchi to front the yakuzas drug business.

Steelhead feels responsible for this turn of events and feels obligated to bring Eguchi down. He also has to bear in mind that if he goes after Eguchi, he would be destroying the newfound life of the woman he once loved. In any case, can one simple Chinese migrant take on the yakuza alone?

Story plot was moderate. The start was abit slow, having alot of question marks. Not much of action Jackie Chan pack. More like Young and dangerous pattern. But there is some learning points from this as well. Like from survival, to a small group, and slowly strengthen to power and aggressive power, in turn being overturned. The part where Daniel Wu's hand was cut off.. Ewwww !!

Started of with a Whinie guy, who forgoes his dream for his girl and subsequently wife. Then after 20 years, filing for divorce because of all the complaints.
It seems like there is also value in this movie. You see, you keep complaining about things or how things should have been if you had done that. But, you are just stagnant and not moving on. This creates negative impact on the people around you and they start leaving you one by one.

End of the day: Be positve, whine and move on quickly. Don't take pple for granted and cherish what you have.

The start was pretty exciting. Showing some stunts and car driving skills. Wooo! I think i still prefer the modern cars like Skyline or Evo compared to those old cars mod till alot of pattern, turbo boosters. Storyline was pretty okie. Though a 100 min show. But the climax is kept high. And Vin Diesel, he is blardy strong man!

Having 12 rounds of "excitement". It's similar to "Saw the movie" But somehow it doesn't lead to much excitement. Because we know it has 12 rounds. They will definitely go to the 12th round. Interesting story, cos we see what a man can do to save his partner. Crashing down from a tall building? Rope rappelling..

The Recession Effect..

And wow, the recession just wiped out alot of things.
Alot of uncertainty for several companies as well.

When the market is at the market. Suddenly came this crisis.
Alot of companies are now in RED. BIG RED!

Same for recruitment, the market is pretty affected also. You see headcount freeze, budget freeze. Pay cuts and the worst, job cuts! Work has been pretty hectic. Numbers are harder to hit now.
*Pray really hard for a miracle *

But really no use praying. Work has to be done! Roarrs!

As we are so used to listen to Wu Kong, Gui Xian Ren. It's abit weird to hear Master Roshi. The initial start was rather okie, to introduce Goku and his grandpa and how his grandpa died. And the story builds up to very fast and just within an hour they collected the 7 dragonballs. Fighting art scene still quite okie. I just missed them saying 龟派气功 instead of what Hami Hami Da!!

This yr is abit different. all with my frens + Colleagues..

in the office, they threw a surprise cake for me.

Been quite a pack week for me. But shortfall is I should utilised the gym more often lah.
But i need to do cardio also. only the weekdays are longer lor.. (need to cut fats lah, bo pian)

Went on my first Virgin blading session after the last week's one was postponed. The blades were abit tight. First time mah, of course tight lah. Hahaa..

Had my guards on. Initially right wrist, but i fall, hit my left hand, i decided. Both hands must wear. Then the knees, portion quite bulky. I took out after a few rounds. And the elbow guard. Hais!!! so sad lors!!

Geared up, 9am start. Chiong! Mind games, psychological games, sweet talk, education talk.

Wouldn't say it's easy, nevertheless, if it's easy, they won't use us.

Of course, when I work hard, i gotta exercise hard and play hard.
Recently signed up for Planet Fitness. Not cheap either, but at least I will push myself to work out.

And also, bought a pair of roller bladders. Supposed to go bladdering today, but din fall through.
So sad, I was so sexcited about it lors..

A Wallet..

means. I just lost a wallet, and I just lost a girl.
You know, it's the exact same thing.

One day, you just realize it's gone. You try to look
